**Due to the current pandemic, all orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. During this time, all items will be sanitized prior to shipment to ensure the safety of our customers.**
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will incur on all returned items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us first and we will provide a return confirmation, please do not ship your return until you get a return confirmation.
We will not accept any return of an item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
Damaged items need to be reported to HAIRLICIOUSLY within 24 hours of delivery date.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In the case where delivery attempt has been made / or custom fee note was sent to the customer and the customer chooses not to pay the fee, HAIRLICIOUSLY is not responsible for what happens next. It becomes customers responsibility to make necessary arrangements to pick up the order. HAIRLICIOUSLY is not liable and refunds will not be offered in these cases.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at HAIRLICIOUSLY@gmail.com.
After receiving the confirmation to return your item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Products purchased through HAIRLICIOUSLY.COM will be shipped using the following carriers: USPS, FEDEX, UPS, or DHL. Buyer will be provided tracking information via the email address they provide upon check out. In some instances, tracking will be limited once a product arrives in a country due to differences in postal services. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow up with his/her local postal service.
Buyers will be solely responsible for any VAT or duty fees that are required based on each country's customs regulation. If buyer fails to pay the VAT duty/customs fee, it will not be the responsible of HAIRLICIOUSLY and buyer will NOT receive a refund as a result.
